Amongst the traditional baked products, which our company supplies to the market, firstly is our wide range of daily fine buns, rolls, pastries and cakes.

Along with the co-operation of other well-proven manufacturers, we offer our customers the delivery of bread, long-life and ready-to cook products.

Due to the character and representation of the ingredients in our recipes, e.g. flour type, fat used, amounts of grain etc., the products, which we supply to our customers are divided into different groups.

Bread

• Wheat-rye: with caraway seed, manufactured in the traditional manner from rye yeast.
• Rye: Moscow dark rye bread.
• Special: sunflower seeds, several different grains, garlic, restaurant bread etc.
• Wheat: dark and white toast bread.

Daily buns and rolls

• Wheat: rolls, buns, twisted rolls, baguettes, rough grain rolls, French sticks.
• Special: rye and soya rolls and buns, potato rolls, king's rolls.

Fine pastries and cakes

• With lard: filled pastries, tarts, cakes made with yeast, pastries, with different fillings, traditional Christmas cake, strudel, Czech tarts.
• With butter: traditional wedding cakes, Czech "comb" butter cake.

Long-life products

• Bread sticks, pretzels, tea buns, gingerbread, coconut buns, breadcrumbs.

Confectionery

• Doughnuts, cream bundt cake, fruit cake, coconut logs.

Ready-to-Cook

• Flaky pastry, bread dumplings, filled yeast dumplings, potato dumplings, long and mini dumplings.

All baked products and part of the confectionery products range contain varying amounts of wheat flour and wheat protein - gluten and are not suitable for people suffering from allergies from these products.
